For brake safety, replace the booster in time

The brake booster is broken mainly because the brake performance is poor. When the brake pedal is pressed, the return is very slow or does not return at all. When the brake pedal is applied, the brake still deviates or shakes.
The brake booster is the so-called brake booster pump, which mainly controls the vacuum entering the booster pump to make the diaphragm move, and uses the diaphragm to assist the human to step on the brake pedal, which has an amplification effect on the brake pedal. So if this part is broken, the most direct impact is that the brake performance is poor, and even there will be oil leakage at the connection of the vacuum pump. In addition, it will also lead to slow or even no return after the brake pedal is pressed, as well as abnormal brake noise, steering deviation or jitter.

How to disassemble the brake booster
1. Remove the fuse box. If you want to remove the vacuum booster assembly, first remove the side accessory.
2. Pull the clutch master cylinder pipe. Remove the oil pipes on the clutch master cylinder and brake master cylinder.
3. Remove the expansion kettle. Remove the three screws on the expansion kettle and put the kettle under it. This is to take out the vacuum booster assembly without delay.
4. Remove the oil pipe on the brake master cylinder. There are two oil pipes on the brake master cylinder. After loosening the two oil pipes, do not completely remove them. When oil drips out, catch the brake oil with a cup to prevent the brake oil from leaking out and corroding the car paint.
5. Remove the vacuum pipe. There is a vacuum pipe connected to the intake manifold on the vacuum booster. If you want to take out the vacuum booster assembly smoothly, you must also remove this vacuum pipe.
6. Remove fixing screws of booster assembly. Remove the four screws fixing the vacuum booster from the rear of the brake pedal in the cab. Now, remove the pin fixed on the brake pedal.
7. Assembly. After installing the new assembly, add brake oil into the master cylinder oil tank, and then loosen the oil pipe. When oil drips out, tighten the oil pipe slightly as long as no oil comes out.
8. Exhaust air. Have another person step on the brake in the car for several times, hold the pedal, and then release the oil pipe to let the oil leak out. This is to exhaust the air in the oil pipe, so that the brake effect is better. It can be discharged several times, until there is no bubble in the oil pipe.
