Forging process of heavy truck balance shaft/ trunnion shaft

Our balance shaft adopts 100% forging process and is equipped with high-quality wooden box to improve the grade.
As an important part of the axle system of heavy trucks, the balance shaft is used for steering balance and bearing of the axle system, and is generally assembled on the rear axle of trucks.
In view of the forming characteristics of the integral heavy truck balance shaft forgings, our factory adopts the hammer die forging process and focuses on the optimization design and improvement of the bending die chamber, which greatly reduces the material consumption on the premise of ensuring the product quality.

Installation method of heavy truck balance shaft/ trunnion shaft

For heavy trucks with dual rear axle drive, as long as steel plate suspension is used, most of them use inverted steel plate structure. The fixing point of steel plate is the balance shaft, which is fixed on the steel plate base of the balance shaft through U-shaped horse riding clip. The force points at both ends of the steel plate are respectively on the axle housing support points of the middle axle and the rear axle.
This structure can increase the up and down runout clearance of the middle and rear axles, meet the requirements of vehicle driving under any road conditions, and enable the wheels to fully land, providing better grip.
