Why should truck propeller shaft undergo dynamic balance test?

After the universal joint is installed on the transmission shaft, the dynamic balance test shall be conducted. The dynamic balance at either end shall comply with the original manufacturer’s regulations.
Use a dynamic balancer to measure the imbalance and orientation of the transmission shaft. Generally, use the weighting method to correct the imbalance, that is, weld the balance sheet on the light orientation at both ends of the transmission shaft tube, and each end shall not be more than 3 pieces. The louder the noise is, the more serious it will make the car body tremble. The car body, door, glass, steering wheel and cab all have strong vibration. Holding the steering wheel in your hand will make you feel numb. The sliding noise is more serious. When you reduce the speed, the vibration will gradually reduce or even disappear, while the abnormal noise may still exist. The causes are as follows.
The transmission shaft is bent, dented, and loses dynamic balance during operation, causing vibration. The balance weight on the transmission shaft tube falls off; The transmission shaft is improperly installed, and is not assembled according to the marks on the spline shaft and sliding fork on the transmission shaft, which damages the balance and causes noise and vibration.
